I'm not personally going through this but my mum is, my parents already have 4 of us but had 3 miscarriages after my last sibling. My mum would get pregnant but then the baby would not have a heart beat and my dad is beyond determined to have the 5th so they're trying for ivf now and honestly, I'm scared for my mum and deep within I'm hating my dads determination because we're already 4, why can't you be content? Why isn't that enough for you? My mum is going through so much its painful to watch but I can't do much except research and learn to be helpful :')

astonishing story. what a woman! Schocking! You have to always do it yourself. No reliance on others. Too sad. But thankfully there are exception. I am doing IVF with donor egg at the moment coz of age (45). I am listening to everything I can get my hands on. I am in Prag. My first treatment.

I just had the courage to consult an OB after 3 years of being married without getting pregnant and finally found out that I have problem w/ my ovarian reserve and my only option is to do IVF. This video is very inspiring! Thank you for sharing your story! My journey to motherhood was also a difficult one. After 1 miscarriage, an open myomectomy to remove 2 fibroids, 1 failed IUI, and 3 IVF’s, I am finally 22 weeks pregnant with my first baby at age 40. Never give up, ladies. Yes you can improve your egg quality because I certainly did. Best of luck to all those who are on this journey. Baby dust to you all!

Congratulations! As a person who's been let down and gaslit by Healthcare system in US, and had to learn to take charge to get the results you want you want, I empathize so hard with you. I'm afraid not everyone is as strong and intuitive as you. I'm scared of what they have to go through when faced with such situations.

Your doctors sound horrible!!! I’m sorry for your frustrations. Ive just started this journey a few weeks ago and we got news today my husband barely has sperm and I have a diminished egg reserve. Now we have to do iv but it’s going to be a long process until then. I can’t believe that you had to go through all of that to find out about your thyroid . Here in America they do blood tests as the first step and test for EVERYTHING!
